Coma
The piece "Coma" explores the idea that some people who experience a state of prolonged unconsciousness know what it feels like to cross over into the afterlife. The piece consists of a real life account of this phenomenon, altered and coupled by a foreboding drone to simulate the feeling of straddling the line between life and death.

About the Artist:
Projector Party is a solo musical project of musician/sound artist Wes Nelson. Although currently residing in the LA area, Wes Nelson spent the majority of his development in Chicago, gigging on jazz bass, composing, and playing in bands, most notably Ritalin OD and The Brainstorm. In 2021, Nelson moved to the LA area to attend California Institute of the Arts, where he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in music.
