César Dávila-Irizarry has a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2004. He has spent the past decade designing sound for film and composing experimental music. He is the main composer of the original theme music of the TV show American Horror Story. He has also designed sound for over a 100 TV shows and some films like the upcoming drama film “Ashes in the Snow”.

The endless fall of humid caresses is the main feature in the sound art installation titled: Por Doquier ("Plenty Of /All Over The Place"). The sound of kisses falls from the ceiling, then touches and bounces off the listener and other bodies from where it also bounces off until each individual kiss ceases being a sound. These kisses palpate the whole body of whomever they reach. The intensity of this piece varies in ways that simulate the natural and chaotic rhythmic structure of rain. The most basic and simple expression of sympathy in our society, a kiss, takes the characteristics of a natural phenomenon essential for the continuity of organic life.
